The Printing works holds no responsibilities for the printing of your supplied artwork.
We do not check supplied artwork. Any errors from the artwork supplied are not the responsibility of The Printing Works.
All work will be treated as Print Ready and no amendments will be made.
Spelling, grammatical, typo or layout errors will not be checked or amended.
We do not read your artwork, we only look for bleed and size.
Colours will vary from stock to stock, and from formats it’s saved in.
Proofs maybe supplied at £5 per sheet per side (plus VAT)
No refunds or re-prints will be given (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Suppling print ready artwork: (RGB =(digital) CMYK =(litho) Print ready PDF, TIF, EPS files are the safest)
Please supply a hard copy if possible.
Colours and settings may vary from software packages and computers. All Litho print MUST be CMYK.
The artwork must be print ready, colour safe(the colour on screen is not always the colour that prints out), typeset, and have supplied fonts (details on different fonts and where in the artwork they are) or embedded fonts.
If the print is to be cut, allow bleed. (3mm per side if necessary) For example, A4 is 210mm x 297mm. Your page with bleed will be 216mm x 303mm.

Please be aware of the quality that you send. We recommend 300dpi. Any files sent that are of low quality are the responsibility of the author.
Images from websites will be low to very low quality unless stated high quality. 
Any files order on the site will not be check for file quality or errors.

Please check all files using a desktop computer or laptop as phones and tablets are designed to make images appear better quality than the are. 

Any work other than print will be chargeable as extras.
Any alterations or changes that we make will be charged for at standard artwork rates(£160+VAT per hour, bill every 10 minutes).
Fonts must be provided, embedded or converted to curves.

RGB, CMYK and Spot (PMS) Colours: (RGB are screen colours, CMYK and Spot (PMS) are print colours)
Please save artwork as CMYK for all Litho Print.
RGB can be used for Digital print only.
Spot Colours refers to Pantone Colours please ask a member of staff if you’re unsure.

Microsoft products (CAUTION WHEN SUPPLING ARTWORK):
Please also save all Microsoft files as PDF.
Please be aware that some Microsoft products do not advise of font or layout changes.
Also some Microsoft products are not colour safe (the colour on screen is not always the colour that prints out).
Some Microsoft products do not save as CMYK but RGB
